The library has rooms available for civic, community and nonprofit events. You can call the library at 850-342-0205 to request event space. Space is provided on a first come, first served basis, and may not be available at the requested time. All events must follow library polices and cannot disrupt regular use of the library.
Events must be booked by an adult with a valid JCPL library card who will be physically present at the event. If an event includes children under age 12, they must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Library staff are not responsible for event setup or takedown, event promotion or recruitment, press, public relations, security or other specalized event services. Library space cannot be used for any commercial purpose. Events may not disrupt library access or interfere with the normal daily use of the library.
The library is a limited use public forum. The availability, use, and booking of library meeting rooms does not reflect the endorsement of library staff, Jefferson County, or the State of Florida.
