JCPL offers a wide range of services to meet patrons' and visitors' needs. Our borrowing services allow you to check out books, ebooks, audiobooks, DVDs, and other materials. With the support of our local and regional partners, we also offer access to large collection of online and digital resources.
You can use the menu on the left to explore the services available to you as a JCPL or Wilderness Coast patron. All of these services can be accessed for free with your Wilderness Coast Public Libraries library card!

Website Accessibility Policy
Jefferson County R.J. Bailar Public Library is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Jefferson County R.J. Bailar Public Library
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
