Use this form to request an item from the library. You can request help finding an item, suggest a book for the library to purchase, or request an interlibrary loan. A library staff member will contact you with more information about the item and when it may be available. 

Please note that Florida has broad public records laws. Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
